Over 25 years of coaching wrestling skills, techniques, maneuvers from the high school to college levels. Freestyle, Greco-Roman and other grappling arts may be incorporated depending on your goals. Small group sessions available! Emphasis on being safe and having fun via learning effective wrestling techniques. We will start with a foundational base of a good stance and motion, while developing the necessary strength and responsiveness in varying positions. Hand fighting drills are an effective and safe warm up to wrestling and help to get the brain-to-hand connections going!
